I know first-hand how stressful it can be to find something to wear for pictures and how expensive it gets to buy a dress I will wear only one time! So that’s why I decided to start my client closet- with you in mind. I’m so excited to share my closet with you!

Take a look at all the dresses I have available for you to borrow. There are a variety of dresses size small-large. I’ve included details on the fit and what undies to wear with the dress. Pick up to three dresses that you’d like me to bring to your session.

You have two options for trying them on:

• I can bring it to your session for you to change on-location. (This is my portable pop-up tent for you to change in!)

• We can schedule a time for you to visit my in-home studio/closet in Toano, VA and try it on! Simply reach out to me and we can coordinate a time for you to come on over.

If none of my dresses are what you were envisioning for your session, that is okay! You wont hurt my feelings. My favorite places to look for dresses are: Vici Collection, Lulus, Show Me Your Mumu, and Baltic Born. Honestly, many of my dresses are from Baltic Born! SIZE SMALL

The Brittney Dress

I love the romantic look of this dress! It has a smocked top and to me, smocked usually runs small. The sleeves can be worn on the shoulder or off the shoulder. It is lined with a white underskirt that is a little shorter, but still has coverage. The skirt is long, so plan on wearing tall shoes. Also available in a large.

The Dani Dress

The sweetest white, tiered midi dress! This simple dress is perfect for an easy-going look and coordinates well with a multitude of other outfits! It has a square neckline, slight poof sleeve, and smocked back. (Note: Not my images!)

The Katya Dress – Rust

This dress is perfect for the fall! It is a deep v-neckline and a v-back with ruffles. It has an elastic waist with tie sash. It looks like a wrap dress, but it’s not a real wrap. Bump friendly!

The Loralei Dress

Chiffon midi dress with light purple and yellow flowers. There’s real buttons down the front of the dress and has an elastic waist. Wears true to size. The skirt is lined, but if you are tall it may be quite short. The sleeves have a little poof with elastic. The picture doesn’t do the dress justice, it is so cute in person!!

The Sage Dress

A kimono shaped dress with elastic waist, optional tie, and slit in the skirt. The loose fit makes it very forgiving and maternity friendly! This would be a great option for maternity pictures or postpartum. This runs big so if you’re typically a medium, it’ll likely fit. (Note: These are not my images!)

The Faye Dress

The perfect neutral pink dress with a slight floral design (the same color as the dress). There’s a slit on the left side and an elastic waist. If you are large chested, size up! Also available in size large (model is wearing the large).

The Victoria Dress

This off-the-shoulder maxi dress is perfectly flattering for all body types! It has elastic top and waist. There’s an extra tie belt that is not attached. It’s bump friendly! (I also have this in a size large.)

The Jennifer Dress

The Jennifer dress has a textured lace bodice. It has a built-in bra and adjustable cross straps in the back. This is a Free People dupe!

The Kelsey Dress – Navy

This dress has a smocked bodice with tie shoulder straps. The skirt of the dress has an eyelet pattern and is midi length. Since it is a smocked top, I find that it runs on the smaller side.

The Courtney Dress

Gorgeous topaz color chiffon dress with flutter sleeves. Elastic waist with an optional tie. There’s a slit on one side of the skirt. The dress is pretty long, so plan on wearing taller shoes! The fit is very forgiving, this is definitely bump friendly! (Also available in a large.)

The Grey Dress

Flowy lightweight almost satin material. Elastic waist with a snap closure at the bust. Slits on both sides of the skirt. In real life, it is a greyer color. Image is pulling olive for me but it is true grey! (Note: Not my images!)

SIZE MEDIUM

The Elle Dress

This dress is unique and so flattering! The sleeves/straps have a crocheted lace, a cut-out in the back, and POCKETS! The smocked bodice is fitted and flattering. Wears true to size and is not too long (Shannon is about 5’6″). The skirt is lined, so the dress isn’t see through at all. This could be bump friendly if you are early on!

The Andi Dress

This dress is so flattering on most bodies! It is a true wrap dress with a textured velvet and fluttered sleeves. The hem is high-low, so you’ll see your legs in the front. It’s bump friendly! (Whitney in the first picture is about 5’7″)

The Venus Dress

This dress is a pleated satin, which makes it visually interesting and forgiving. The sleeves have a little bit of a poof by the wrist, but it’s not too dramatic. The waist is elastic for extra give. Maternity and nursing friendly. (Note: Not my images)

The Kelsey Dress

This dress has a smocked bodice with tie shoulder straps. In my experience, smocked bodices usually run smaller. The skirt of the dress has an eyelet pattern and is midi length. The skirt is lined so it’s not see-through.

The Samantha Dress

She’s a kimono shaped dress with loose sleeves and a tie for the waist. The underskirt is a bit shorter than the dress, but not too short! The soft blue is perfect for family portraits or maternity portraits! Would also be great postpartum. (Note: not my images!)

The Katya Dress – Blue

This is a faux wrap dress in a nice light powder blue. It has a v-neck front and back with ruffles. Fits like a true medium and has an optional waist tie. While it’s not a true wrap dress, it does wrap up until the waist so it wouldn’t hurt to wear nude Spanx under it for modesty!

The Hollie Dress

Beautiful summer dress. Bodice has fake buttons up the front, but has elastic to fit. The skirt is midi length, and has a beautiful lace/crochet. Would look great with a jean jacket over it. (Note: not my image)

The Kiera Dress

Grey, chiffon midi dress with pleated skirt. The grey pulls some blue undertones. The sleeves are 3/4 with elastic and have a slight poof to them. The bodice is a slightly smocked. The color would be great to coordinate with others for family portraits. (Note: Not my images)

The Kelly Dress

The perfect winter wrap dress – would be great for family portraits. It is a true wrap with a tie that goes around to the back. Since it’s a wrap, you can tie it tight for a smaller body or loose to size up. The skirt is pretty long, so plan on wearing high shoes. The best part: This dress has great juju!

SIZE LARGE

The Delilah Dress

The Delilah dress has a V-neckline with faux buttons and drawstring tie waist. It’s midi-length, so your feet and shoes will show. It’s bump friendly and the flutter sleeves are very forgiving! This runs true to size.

The Reese Dress

Beautiful dress with unique lace overlay. The back is super cute with a v- and a tie (would look great with a loose updo). The lace does have a bit of stretch to it and the waist is elastic. This runs true to size. If you have a larger chest, it may be a little revealing.

The Kia Dress

The Kia dress is so flattering on all bodies! It has an elastic waist and detached tie ribbon. Kimono-style flutter sleeves. The front of the skirt has a slit. This would be great for maternity portraits or postpartum. Corie (in the first pictures) is 6′ and wore flat sandals.

This is the perfect dress! The soft floral pattern is so feminine. It’s midi length, so unless you are very short, it won’t go all the way to the ground. The front has real, working buttons so they can pull apart easily. I’d recommend wearing a slip underneath for modesty, if you can. Since there are buttons, I’d say it runs a little bit small for a large.

SIZE X-LARGE

The Raven Dress

An effortlessly feminine dress with a beautiful tiered skirt with neutral pink flowers. The sleeves have a slight poof. The material does have a bit of stretch, with an elastic waist, so would be great for maternity!

The Kaitlin Dress

True wrap dress in navy blue velvet. The sleeves are a flutter sleeve, so very flattering to anyone who is self-conscious of their arms. Since it is a true wrap dress, it can be tied tighter for smaller frames. For modesty, you may want to wear Spanx underneath since the slit can peek open when walking. This would be great for maternity portraits!
